Southeast Idaho Homeless Stand Down — Taking a stand against homelessness

Stand together

A home for every contribution.

A home is more than a building, it is a symbol of dignity, safety, and belonging. Our volunteers, donors, and community partners help put those values into action.

Dignity, not charity

Welcome every neighbor with respect.

Safety and support

Create a welcoming place to connect.

Community in action

Bring time, resources, and local expertise together.

Hope and forward movement

Make practical help easier to reach.

What we do

Throughout the year, volunteers and community partners coordinate an annual event for people experiencing homelessness in Southeast Idaho. Planning includes service participation, volunteer coverage, useful resources, event logistics, and responsible stewardship of donations.

How we work

The event is collaborative. Local service providers bring their expertise, volunteers help create a welcoming experience, and community supporters contribute funding and needed goods.

Our commitment

Our Goal is to treat every person with dignity, protect personal information, and communicate honestly about what resources are available.

Year after year

This is the 29th Annual Stand Down! Each year the organization utilizes the lessons learned in past years and continues to look for additional value year after year to give back to the community.
